About the job

  • Decription:
    1. Manage daily accounting (AP/AR) and booking functions
    2. Manage the month-end monthly management reporting process
    3. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
    4. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
    5. Work with advisors on M&A transactions
    6. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports
    7. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plan, projects, program and systems
    8. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
    9. Supervise statutory reporting, tax reporting and compliance for Profit, VAT and Income Taxes to Vietnam authorized agency in line with Vietnamese accepted standards, regulations of MOF.
    10. Ensure compliance with local, state, and international budgetary reporting requirements.
  • Requirement:
    1. University degree, at least 4-5 years experiences in senior position in accounting or auditing firm, ACCA is a plus
    2. Strong knowledge of VAS and aware of IFRS/IAAS differences is preferable
    3. Deeply understand Vietnamese laws and regulations related to finance and accounting
    4. Skills in analyzing data to make financial reports, statements, and projections.
    5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
    6. Management and motivation skill to manage accounting team
