  • Decription:
    The Digital Service/Brand Manager builds the digital bridge between artists and fans, and via branding strategy. This manager is part of the strategic business unit, reporting directly to the CEO.

    There are several A-class singers under Mfaces Management, and many more B-class singers in the upcoming New Faces Management, each with various branding needs but all with the same need to be constantly connected to their fans.

    The candidate will have demonstrated experience in company operation, staff management, and brand management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Digital Service Manager
    a. Lead team of technical, creative staff, web design, and creative staff.
    b. Coordinate all branding activities with artist managers, mobile/web service solution providers, event staff, production staff, and advertisers.
    c. Contract closure – ability to affectively handle objections and efficiently close contracts

    2. Commercialization of digital content and artists branding:
    a. Spearhead projects to monetize Mfaces digital content, execute on these projects
    b. Work closely with the CEO to plan sales strategies and targets for each artist

    3. Branding Manager:
     Provide branding strategy for artists
     Interact with advertising clients to maximize revenue stream related to brands
     Oversight Mfaces branding activities
     Oversight all singer’s branding activities, coordinate with artists managers
     Oversight & manage fan communities via partnership with Music-related websites and media channels
  • Requirement:
    Degree in Business / Journalism/ Communication is preferred.
    4 years of professional experience in an advertising/PR agency, or in one of the top-10 branding/advertising spenders. A love for music a plus.

    Competencies/ Skills:
    1. English language – written & verbal
    2. Able to plan and manage multiple tasks
    3. Working under pressure and team-work

    RENUMBERATION PACKAGE:

    - Competitive base salary based on qualifications
    - Profit-sharing package as head of the Digital & Branding Department
