How does Vietladders work?
Companies create Vietladders Corporate accounts and use our search tools to find the perfect candidates. Once a company has found a candidate they're interested in, the company gives the candidate an offer to interview. Companies pay Vietladders a nominal fee when the candidate accepts the offer and reveal their personal information. Companies pay the candidate the pre-agreed amount after the interview takes place. Vietladders has no signup fees.

Because it's actually faster and less expensive to pay for interviews when compared to the alternative (recruiters fees or unfilled positions). What if a candidate doesn't show up for an interview
