Vietladders is a web-based career community where companies pay candidates to interview.
It is designed for a selected group of senior level professionals and memberships
are by application or invitation only.
This model was created by a couple of experienced HR professionals who have witnessed
firsthand the difficulties that many corporations are facing in recruiting top managers
to maintain growth. To compete in “the war for talent”, companies are spending huge
amount of cash on recruitment services, online and offline job postings. The big
question naturally came up: why don’t companies spend some of this money on the
candidates, or their preferred charity (Saigon Times Foundation), as incentives
for them to explore new opportunities and listen to job pitches? Thus, Vietladders
was founded.
In building this site, we had 3 objectives in mind:
- Create compelling and meaningful reasons for management level professionals to join
and post their information (e.g. getting paid or donating money to Saigon Times Foundation)
- Maintain a strict standard of high quality among our members (e.g. users must be
invited or approved by our HR experts)
- Protect candidates’ privacy, especially from companies where they are currently
working (e.g. hiding name and contact information on profiles and the ability to
block specific companies from viewing profile)
Our mission is to connect the most talented minds to exclusive job opportunities
from leading employers in Vietnam.
We encourage you to learn more about the benefits of joining Vietladders,
read our FAQ sections and apply for membership
We work closely with the following partners to bring this service to you. We would
like to thank them for their supports and cooperation.
